La Fédération internationale de football association (FIFA) a décidé de prolonger, une fois de plus, le mandat du Comité de normalisation (Conor) chargé de diriger la Fédération congolaise de football association (FECOFA). Cette prolongation s’étend jusqu’au 31 décembre 2025, et marque l’arrivée historique de Belinda Luntadila Nzuzi, nommée présidente du nouveau comité. Elle devient ainsi la première femme à diriger la FECOFA, dans un contexte toujours marqué par la transition.
Elle sera accompagnée de Honoré Loango Boelua au poste de vice-président, et de Lisette Mavungu Thamba en tant que membre.
Aucun ancien membre autorisé à se représenter
Dans un souci de renouvellement, la FIFA a formellement interdit à Dieudonné Sambi et aux autres membres du comité sortant de se porter candidats aux futures élections. Tous les membres actuels et anciens du comité de normalisation sont déclarés inéligibles, selon un processus d’évaluation rigoureux qui sera mené par la Commission de Contrôle de la FIFA, conformément aux principes de gouvernance de l’organisation.
Plus de deux ans après la mise en place du premier comité, la FECOFA reste donc sous supervision, avec un objectif clair : un retour à la normale d’ici fin 2025.
